London Boutique Hotel

The bedding was lovely and comfortable, and the view from the window was beautiful. The staff were quite friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The location was very convenient - close to shops and with easy, quick access to the highway for departure.

The interior felt a bit dated and not very fresh upon arrival. There was a slight smell of dampness in the bathroom, and the rooms could really use some air fresheners or a more pleasant scent overall. Getting into the hotel was also a challenge - there’s no ramp or lift for luggage, just a fairly high staircase at the entrance. As a woman travelling with two suitcases, this made arrival quite physically difficult. On top of that, breakfast was disappointing - the selection was quite limited and the food itself wasn’t very tasty.

I stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience. Although I arrived after the official check-in time, the receptionist was incredibly helpful, arranged a taxi for me in the middle of the night, and was waiting for me at the front desk when I arrived. The room was very clean, the hotel was cosy, and its central location made it very convenient. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

- No drinking water in the room - Very small room and packed with unnecessary staff, like the fridge which doesn’t work - Very bad smell of cigarettes when you enter the hotel and in the rooms as well

It was very difficult to take a shower as it was leaking. Staff suggested to fix it, but, as I was staying only for 1 night, there was no time for it. I think they need to check and fix the rooms before the guests arrival. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. Renovation is super nice and everything is of a good quality and looks really expensive, but it is not cleaned properly. Would be nice if it would be possible to buy at least some sort of food at the bar at the reception
