Ski-in Ski-out. Right at the bottom of the main street in Park City. The center of the Festival action, great special events, great restaurants all within an easy walk.

Luxury 1,200 sq. ft. 2 Bdrm - Ski-in/Ski-Out Time Share at Marriott's Summit Watch
Use either as a full two bedroom or a one bedroom and make the second bedroom a studio with its own separate entrance.
The unit has two rooms with king beds. The luxurious Master and a second lock-off bedroom that also has a pull out sofa, along with its own kitchenette with a sink, microwave and refrigerator. Both share the gorgeous Living Room with fireplace, Dining Room, Full Kitchen, in-unit Laundry, and a second pull-out sofa.
This resort is strategically located at the base of Main Street, so it is in the center of the action. Walk to restaurants and shopping. Has immediate access to the Park City Ski Area's Town Lift or take a short drive to nearby Deer Valley. Free underground parking and Wi-Fi is included, as well as access to the resort's game room, pool, hot tub, and sauna.
I have this timeshare week and can't use it this year. So, this is a great opportunity to enjoy this spectacular resort at a way below market price!

Return to a property we love for a yearly ski trip. The hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms with well equipped kitchens are one of the reasons we love the property.
Location across from Town Lift and within blocks of the Transit Center are heard to beat.

Great set up for family with kids. The place is spacious, and bedrooms on opposite sides of the living area give separation. The full kitchen and the gas fireplace were nice touches. Location was perfect, so glad we didn't stay at the base of the mountain. Downtown much better and you are still essentially at the bottom of the mountain because of the town lift.
