Terrible experience — misleading listing and rude management

😡The vacation was ruined. Nothing was enjoyable.

Terrible experience — misleading listing and rude management I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this time I feel responsible to warn others. Our stay at these apartments was extremely disappointing. First of all, the listing is completely misleading. It clearly shows photos of a barbecue area (grigliata) and mentions that every apartment has access to one. But when we arrived, we were told they are all closed permanently due to fire safety violations. When we asked why this wasn’t mentioned in the description, we were told it’s Booking.com’s fault and that they’re not responsible for any information. The manager even said that I should have written in advance to ask if the BBQ works, and then they would have told me the truth. How is a guest supposed to know that something shown in the photos and listed in the amenities might not exist? We also expected a garden and terrace, as shown and described — but again, we were told those pictures are just examples. Our apartment had no garden, no terrace, just a tiny narrow balcony. So what exactly did we pay for? The apartment itself was tiny, located on the second floor. The washing machine was broken and wouldn’t open for 6 hours. It didn’t spin properly and only washed in cold water. The mattresses were awful, sagging almost to the floor. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable — just a thin foam layer over hard metal bars. The bathroom shelves were old and dirty, adding to the general feeling of neglect. And worst of all: the attitude of the manager in the office was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We felt unwelcome from the moment we asked our first question. There are many wonderful apartments in this area — but this is not one of them. Avoid this run-down, misleading complex at all costs. I sincerely hope Booking.com forces them to update their listing with accurate information.

Cicha okolica, blisko sklepy i restauracje. Bezpieczne osiedle. Do morza 800m. Prywatne miejsce parkingowe. Klimatyzacja. W miarę dobra relacja standardu do ceny.

Apartament wymaga remontu lub przynajmniej porządnego odświeżenia. Do wymiany stary przytykający się prysznic. Stare meble kuchenne, słabo wyposażona kuchnia, brak nawet czajnika. Brak ręczników- można je wypożyczyć. Słabe oświetlenie w kuchni i innych pomieszczeniach. Niewygodne materace. Mało gniazdek. Bardzo mały przestarzały telewizor. Basen także do remontu. Apartament kiedy go rezerwowałem (w maju na wakacje) miał dużo wyższą ocenę, potem tuż przed wakacjami zmieniła się na znacznie niższą.
