7 óra utazás után, az hogy 3,5 órát kell nyomozni, hogy hol vehető át a kifizetett szállás kulcsa, teljességgel elfogadhatatlan! Nem is a képen lévő épületben volt az apartman. Simma 12 nincs. Simma 1 és Simma 2 van. A Booking ügyfélszolgálat segítségével sem jutottunk közelebb a megoldáshoz. Nem ügyfélbarát a hozzáállás. Pedig csak annyit kellene leírni miután leemelték a pénzt a bankkártyánkról, hogy itt és itt lehet átvenni a kulcsokat. De ez itt nem működik. Hab a tortán, hogy miután véletlenül ott felejtettük az egyik gyerek cipőjét, semmilyen együttműködést nem tanúsított az olasz fél.

total veraltete Elektrik, kaum Steckdosen, Griffe am Schrank/Schubladen teils abgefallen, Steckdose für Waschmaschine direkt über dem Gasherd musste erst repariert werden, Leuchte über dem Herd defekt, keine Anleitungen im Apartment, Minifernseher mit italienischen Programmen, Wasserhähne schwergängig, kaum Ablagen oder Haken im Bad, Küchenbereich war nicht sauber bei Ankunft (besonders Abzug)
