The location, good amenities
The electric toilet and the constant smell of it. The loose kitchen tap. The fact that it is very hard to find the apartment in the building as there is no number or name on the door.

Had to pick the keys up from a safe box 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment
The apartment wasn't particularly clean, the balcony had birds feathers and muck over it. The photo used is of the apartment block opposite. The air conditioning worked but made the most horrendous noise which we reported on the Monday and it wasn't fixing until the evening of the Wednesday. Initially we were told it wouldn't be fixed until the Friday - we were checking out on the Thursday !! No hot water for an evening shower
