Sent a message via the app to the company and requested the code for key box the day before, no reply. En route messaged again saying RTA no reply. Called number when outside property, broker advised to call owner issued with another number! No answer, continued to call until someone answered and was advised they would get it to me (they did not know). They called me back approximately 5-10 mins later with code. Does not seem like much but it was -34 and we had just travelled for Rovaniemi with two kids. I paid for the accommodation, sending all the documentation without the code is ridiculous. That should be sent to me on the day at check in time not me chasing this about! Then there was an issue with locating the internet password! Not in the welcome pack, not on back of router, can’t see it anywhere….. contacted owner several times, sent text messages - two days later was told it was a pice of paper under a glass tabletop next to router! (Side board had a white sheet on top, paper was white, glass on top of white sheet, items on top of side unit). I honestly don’t get it! What’s the issue with everything being so secretive! Was sent information to access parking, prompted to download the app….. download the app it is In Finnish cannot change to English. Cannot read or translate with iPhone. I think it should be easier when I arrive once get hire car etc, I thought the company were on site etc. No one can help me. I had no idea if I would get fines when driving in the area, or when parked outside.Three days later I went to tourist section and asked for help because the company was not interested. No one could set this up on my phone because it was not supported (newest iphone), could not register etc. three people later and one guy said I’ll do it under my name with your car registration details on my app! I have no idea if all of this hassle was even that important.
