Es ist eine geschmackvolle Finca mit zwei Terrassen, Dachterasse und Poolbereich. Der Check-in war per Schlüsselsafe auch am Abend unkompliziert möglich. Guter Kontakt im Vorfeld. Schöne Lage in der Inselmitte. Die Finca ist modern und schön sowie hochwertig eingerichtet, es ist eigentlich alles da, was man benötigt. Schöner Pool und genügend Platz für eine Familie.

Leider war es nicht ordentlich geputzt. Insgesamt war es recht staubig, der Boden und die Bäder nicht richtig sauber. Es gab sehr große, wunderschöne Fenster, diese waren aber leider komplett schmierig. Auch die Bäder müssten eigentlich überholt werden (vor allem die Duschen). Obwohl die Finca modern und nicht alt ist, haben vor allem die Böden schon sehr gelitten (komplett ausgeblichen, verfärbte Stellen, aufgequollen). Dies stört vor allem im Bad. Ebenso haben die Liegen inkl. Auflagen auch unter der Witterung deutlich gelitten, was schade ist und nicht mehr so schön aussieht. Es wirkte so, als würde die Finca nach einer lagen Sommersaison nun mal eine Grundreinigung und Reparatur benötigen.

The property is beautiful and offers a lovely kitchen as well as outside area to barbecue and enjoy. The pool is of a good size and is also well maintained. The location is in the center of the island and therefore offers a strategic location to explore the rest of the island. The gentleman who received us and handed us the keys was very helpful and pleasant.

We felt that the property had rather old, used and limited variety of utensils in general (the kitchen is beautiful and spacious, but we couldn’t make the most of it). The property was very humid, and there is no bathroom upstairs (hence if you wish to use the upstairs bedroom this will lead to a lot of stair climbing). Renting this property was rather cumbersome as there is an agency behind it and there was a lot of back and forth of emails, additional information we had to provide, amongst other things which rendered the booking experience rather tiring.

We liked location though it seems in the beginning to be quite remote. But of you travel with kids I think it is nice to have not too many noices. Especially if you travel with car - then you are very mobile all around the island. There is everything needed in the villa - appliances, cushions, towels, covers. Very nice and unusual layout (even with missing bathroom of the 1st floor, there is an access only from the ground floor). Overall it is very nice villa for the big family.

Not enough space in the bathroom for all my cosmetics :) It is important for me to have a place for my minimum: such as a face gel, tonic and creams. Only 1 bathroom had relatively ok space for it, but the size of this bathroom itself was rather small...
