Very well-equipped studio on the top floor of a small apartment building. Tap water is drinkable which is a plus. Walking distance from the city center. Quiet and safe area.
The small kitchen seemed well furnished but I did not use it, except for the fridge.
The shower cabin is a bit small. It is ok for people up to mid-size but I wouldn’t recommend for a large person.

This studio is perfect for 2 people and with the balcony you have extra space to enjoy. The location is also very good, close to Trinidade metro station and with many shops, restaurants and Cafes nearby. The studio it´self is spacious and comfortable. There was washing up liquid, salt and these small things that help. We enjoyed our time in the apartment.
There were some small details that could easily improve the flat, like more plugs, some towel hangers in the bathroom, or a toiletroll holder. There was a kitchen cupboard broken when we arrived that would have taken 2 minutes to fix, some small details that could have helped. There was no airconditioning but with the 2 fans it was ok at night but in the day it was too hot inside the apartment.

Зламані дверцята душової кабіни, поганий тиск води, зламані дверцята на кухні, де сміття, зламана сідушка на унітазі. Лише один ґачок для рушника в ванній, лише один стілець на балконі. Вид з балкону - на недобудований будинок. Те фото, що у профілі - це треба піти в кінець балкону і висунути голову.
