Great location, stunning view (but a pity the windows didn’t open so the church was only visible behind glass), very clean, quite spacious (the penthouse studio), very comfortable bed, nice shower.

The stairs and the income hall: the first thing you see when entering, is a hanging box with anti-bacterial gel, like you see in public toilets. Not very sophisticated ;)

Prachtig appartement op een super locatie!

Great location near the cathedral. Our apartment had a nice view over the city.

I liked the location the most. Originally, the apartment was really nicely set up but unfortunetly has aged. Location was quiet at night location and during the day mostly nice music was heard from people playing in front of the Cathedral or from the neighbors across the little plaza.

Unfortunately, the description of a kitchennete was not very clear. I was expecting some sort of a cook stove, stove or a hot plate. It only had a microwave. I asked for hot plate multiple times and did not receive it. Also, there was a problem with ants. Upon my arrival there were ants and old toxic traps that I had to remove. I was given an option for the cleaners to come and deal with the problem, however I did not want to wait for them or have them working without my present. Ants were coming from holes in the floor, that I had to plug in. The apartment was overall clean, that to say there were surfaces like baseboard, windows that and visible areas that have not been clean for a long time. Originally, this apartment was really nicely set up, but it has aged visually. Grout was yellowing, shower doors were not closing and looked like were fixed recently, cabinets doors were not closing, rug was worn out, hallway light had exposes wires.
