Obiekt położony na zachodnim krańcu Jarosławca, wokół inne ośrodki wczasowe, w pobliżu las, przez który prowadzi najkrótsza droga na plażę. Sam obiekt rewelacyjny - zadbany, świetnie urządzony i wyposażony. W każdym pokoju telewizor, lodówka, czajnik, prywatna łazienka. Dostępna w pełni wyposażona kuchnia do wspólnego użytku. Gospodarze przemili i bardzo pomocni, nie robią żadnych problemów z pobytem zwierząt w ośrodku. Do centralnej części Jarosławca można dojść spacerkiem drogą między polami i innymi ośrodkami wypoczynkowymi.
Jedyne zastrzeżenie dotyczy telewizji. Teoretycznie dostępna telewizja naziemna, ale w praktyce działa tylko parę kanałów. W większości przypadków po kilku minutach oglądania pojawia się komunikat "brak sygnału". Nawet jeśli po jakimś czasie uda się przywrócić odbiór, to po kilku, najwyżej kilkunastu minutach znowu pojawia się "brak sygnału" i tak w kółko. Nie wiem, czy to problem lokalizacji odbiornika, czy samego sprzętu.

Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, piękne podwórko z dmuchanym basenem, hamakami/huśtawkami, bardzo krótki pobyt jednak nie dał się nam wszystkim nacieszyć
