Un appartamento piccolo ma dotato di ogni confort a 20 minuti dal mare a piedi. le noti negative sono le seguenti:: Occorre ottimizzare l'utilizzo degli elettrodomestici in quanto se si utilizza il forno Occorre staccare aria condizionata e scaldabagno, il gas è fruibile tramite una bombola, e noi x 2 sere su 10 abbiamo subito il blackout dovuto ad un sovraccarico dalle 20.45 alle 23, alquanto limitante visto che l'utilizzo dell'appartamento è limitato alle ore serali

Posizione ottima.
Potenza della fornitura elettrica insufficiente. Se si faceva la doccia e si accendeva l'aria condizionata o il condizionatore saltava tutto. Inoltre rubinetti che perdevano e scarichi parzialmente tappati.
