Very good
There is a nice place in a lovely neighborhood, 20 min walking from the beach (and this is really nice walk to Seebrücke which is beautiful). There is a grill with charcoals and tables in the inner yard and also small pavilion (where there is so nice to have a lunch in while raining). The small kitchen has almost everything you need to prepare a full meal (now there are lines in the Baltic area before restaurants, so you better cook yourself)
However, the design of the room, like some furniture as well, is somewhat outdated and for sure the room itself needs conditioner in summer period, but there is no any. And although the place is quite small all the neighbors are probably little bit too close to each other, you can hear your neighbor's children screams from the outside early in the morning like they are screaming right in your room.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung mit der großen Terrasse davor sehr wohl gefühlt.
Alles ist fußläufig gut erreichbar, ob in die Stadt - den Hafen oder der Strand.
Etwas mehr Haushaltsutensilien wären schön. Z.b. ein Sieb, ein größerer Topf um Nudel zu kochen oder einfach nur ein Messer um mal einen Apfel oder anderes zu schälen. Ein Abtrocknehandtuch fehlt auch - wir haben uns dann eins gekauft. Aber wir waren zu zweit und sind sehr gut ausgekommen.

Es ist auf jeden Fall eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
Es war alles sauber und in Ordnung.
Nur ein kleiner Hinweis zur Ausstattung: In der Küche könnte noch ein Ständer mit einer Küchenrolle stehen. In den Schlafzimmern vielleicht noch ein Hocker oder ein Stuhl, um Sachen abzulegen. Und bei den Doppelbetten einzelne Spannbettlaken, um bei Einzelbelegung Wäsche zu sparen.
