Enjoy the convenience of being in the heart of Central Florida! Relax at home by your private pool with conservation view or take a quick trip down the road to Walt Disney World. MILEAGE TO WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT AREA IS APPROXIMATELY 10 MILES AND TO UNIVERSAL RESORT APPROXIMATELY 19 MILES.
Your home is surrounded by wetlands and natural conservation areas, which makes it one of the most beautiful and tranquil settings you will find in Central Florida.
The living room is open-plan with a relaxing seating area to watch the flat screen TV, a family room to kick back and relax in, and an area for dining.
There is also a modern fitted kitchen which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dinnerware, etc. So whether you are planning a snack to eat at the casual dining area in the kitchen or a full family meal to eat in the formal dining room you will find everything you need at your fingertips.

The Primary Bedroom features a King bed with flat screen TV and a private en-suite bathroom.
2nd Floor:
Bedroom 2 features a second Kind bed with flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin beds with a flat screen TV.
Bedroom 4 also has 2 Twin beds with flat screen TV. Perfect for children or larger groups.

Your villa will also come equipped with a private washer,dryer, iron, and ironing board to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay.
Swimming Pool: POOL FACES THE SOUTH. The relaxing pool area is fully screened with a private pool, sun loungers, table and chairs. Relax in peace and tranquility as you pool deck is also surrounded by a forest and conservation area offering you a perfect escape to nature. Your pool may be heated for an additional fee of $30.00 per day and must be paid prior to check-in. 72 hours notification is required; contact Titan Vacation Homes for more information.

We needed a quick getaway with an attractive price that was close to Magic Kingdom. Plenty of Ubers & delivery services as well. Highly recommend.

Ideal location, only 1 neighbour to worry about and they were very quiet. Villa had everything we needed and was well presented. This is ~ the 12th villa we’ve rented in the area over the last 15 years and it’s definitely 1 of the best

We were a group of 6 adults, and really enjoyed our stay here. The property is a good size, we all felt we had our own space and weren’t all crammed in on top of each other.
The location is very quiet, yet convenient for local restaurants, bars and shops, with many different routes one can take to and from the local amenities.
The freezer didn’t seem cold enough - the property management team had someone come out to look at it the same day we flagged the issue, although our ice cream still remained soft.
We didn’t like that none of the bedrooms have overhead lights - you need to enter the dark room at night, then find and turn on the bedside lamps, which was a bit annoying.
The pool and backyard are very peaceful, with a wooded area to the rear so very private. The trees shaded the pool somewhat, meaning the water was very cold (we didn’t pay for pool heat), but we could move the sun beds around throughout the day to keep them in the sunshine.
The kitchen was particularly well equipped, with every pot, plate and utensil you’re likely to need! Similarly, we loved the plentiful pool/bath towels, more than enough for all of us over our two week stay.
The house feels a little outdated and tired in places, like most older rental properties we’ve rented - the carpets are a little stained, there are many knocks and marks on the walls, and the property could probably benefit from a deep clean, but overall we felt it was good value for money and would recommend.

Overall the house was perfect The only thing we DID NOT ENJOY Was the beds , alll the mattress are very super old , we. Can hear from one room to another when someone was moving on the bed ,mattress are very noisy and old , NOT CONFORTABLE at all , that is my only complain , I have future plans to goBack to fl and hoping that we Can enjoy this house again BUT with a better mattress
