Non-Smoking, gulf view condominium. It is conveniently located just steps from the elevator and a mere 1 minute walk to the beach from the front door! The interior reflects a casual Florida elegance in decor, comfort, and ambiance.
The Master Suite offers the luxury of KING-SIZE Bedding, HDTV, triple dresser 2 night stands w/storage, huge closet, and private bath. The Master suite's sliding glass door allows access to the 30 foot balcony with high top table 2 chairs.
The Second Bedroom could be considered a second master suite with another King-sized bed and direct access to the second bathroom. Ample storage is also provided in the spacious triple dresser or closet. HDTV.
The bunkroom is a favorite of little ones yet comfortable enough for adults. The upper bunk features a twin mattress, with a full on the bottom. A tall dresser allows for ample storage. TV with dvd player.
The living room has a lovely comfortable couch, loveseat, and large chair. There is also an entertainment center which houses a large LCD wall mounted HDTV w/Netflix. Free Wireless Internet usage is a click away. Bring your laptop and stay connected. Our guests are provided a vast array of indoor entertainment choices!

The kitchen is expertly equipped. New appliances featuring smooth cooktop range. Upgraded dishwasher, washer and dryer. Besides the usual refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, it also includes a microwave, coffeemaker, Keurig coffeemaker, electric can opener, toaster, blender, pots, pans, crockpot, steamer and plenty of kitchen utensils. This condominium is equipped with more than just the bare basics!
Access to our private, 30 foot balcony is either from the living area or the master suite. The upgraded table and 4 chairs (not those plastic type) provide a secondary retreat for dining or a fun spot to enjoy the scenic sea while sipping a favorite beverage.
In addition to the two swimming pools (one seasonally heated), hot tub, exercise room, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, and clubhouse, our two and a half acre private beach is sure to delight any dedicated beach-lover!
Our seasonal beach attendant service, March 15 through October 31 (weather permitting), offers umbrellas, chairs, and water-sports rentals.
***Our guests will be provided a beach umbrella and two chairs during their stay. COMPLIMENTARY!
***The beach service will take care of 'set-up' and 'break-down.' WOW! Fun in the sun just cannot get much easier than this!

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED!
***Lessee must be 25 to enter into lease agreement which requires lessee's occupation and supervision of all guests during the lease term.***
**CANCELLATION POLICY** 'Cancellation of reservations must be made within (30) thirty days prior to check-in for a nightly or weekly booking; (60) sixty days prior to a monthly booking; and (3) three days prior to any booking made within (14) fourteen days of arrival. A ($100) one hundred dollar processing fee will be charged for ALL cancellations plus 3% for credit card charges. Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of full advance rental payment.'

Absolutely loved this condo! Everything was perfect! Great beds, nice bathrooms, and can even see the ocean from the balcony! I also loved the decor!!! Location was a little bit of a walk, but still doable, and I’m 64!

My family of 5 (all adults) loved this beach condo! Dorothy, the owner, was so helpful and responded to every message very quickly! The condo is very nice, has a lot of cooking pans and utensils, the furniture is very nice and the beds are comfortable!! We loved our experience in the condo and with Dorothy and will definitely be staying here again!

This condo was perfect for our family Beach trip. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and we were right next to the elevator which made carrying beach toys and coolers easy. The condo was in the middle between two pools and a short walk to the Beach, it was prime location. We will definitely be back this condo!
