Proche du lac. Bien que l'appartement soit petit, il est très bien équipé.

L'appartement est au calme et près des bus à pied, bien utiles pour se rendre au lac. Il est bien fourni en matériel.
La résidence est assez mal isolée. La douche ne fonctionnait pas bien.
