fantastic location, next to the beach, balcony with sea view is nice to hang out, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher-washing machine, basic shops nearby, covered underground parking, the apartment is very safe too
Neighbours smoke too much, fume smell comes in as we kept the balcony doors open, but in Spain, that is true everywhere, nothing specific to this apartment

The location. Fridge Bedroom Shower TV A/C
The property has too much large furniture in it so looks cramped and cluttered. The sofas have covers that do not fit so look untidy. The kitchen cupboard doors are splitting and need replacing. The crockery, cutlery and glasses do not match. The power went off a few times and there was no torch or candles or advice on what to do should this happen.
