Balcon del mar

The apartment was excellent. Location : right on the beach, first line, quiet small resort town, great fine sand beach. Apartment: very clean with good equipped kitchen, perfectly working a/c, and elevator, and garage. I was having breakfast and diner on big balcony watching sea. At falling asleep under sound of waves- fantastic! Finally, the host: great person willing to help per my first request. Very good English , fast and easy communication. I hope to come back! If not me, then my son family. Will recommend it to all my friends traveling to Costa Del Sol.

The property has too much large furniture in it so looks cramped and cluttered. The sofas have covers that do not fit so look untidy. The kitchen cupboard doors are splitting and need replacing. The crockery, cutlery and glasses do not match. The power went off a few times and there was no torch or candles or advice on what to do should this happen.
