La situation géographique , le confort du condo , les piscines .
Manque d’informations concernant l’emplacement du condo considérant la grandeur du site , le stationnement et l’endroit où déposer nos déchets .
Notre code d’entré ne fonctionnait pas à l’arrive à notre arrivée, nous avons dû être changé de condo .

Muy buenas instalaciones. Excelente vista.
Se fue la presión deel agua en la última noche y no pudimos bañarnos hasta tarde, luego de regresar de la playa. A pesar de que fue el AyA que avisó del problema de presión, se estaban regando plantas en los jardines a la misma hora. Deberían tener tanque de almacenamiento para esas situaciones.

En el mismo condominio hay muchas ofertas de alquiler, es un condominio donde rento frecuentemente. Es el primero en años que todo está en perfecto estado en su interior.
La ubicación es estratégica, supermercados, restaurantes muy cercanos. Además de aquí se puede desplazar a playas de la zona bonitas, para disfrute familiar (Iguanita - hay que llevar para picar).
El sistema de check in muy práctico, no depende de un horario de oficina. El complejo en sus zonas comunes es un lugar que se mantienen con los años.

The condo was spacious, well appointed & my husband was very happy to use the airfryer! Large balcony with beautiful views, beds were comfortable & the pools very nice. Added bonus was the use of Pacifico Beach Club & their beautiful facility.
Kevin was extremely helpful & accomodating!
With the heat, the long walk to the beach & then back up the hill tended to be a bit much.
We had a golf cart (for only 1 day) & that was very helpful.
