特に依頼をしていなくてもオートバイでバス停から送迎してくれました(自分が一人旅だったからかもですが) 日帰り湯に行くことを伝えたら、帰り方を教えて送ってくれました 部屋の風呂も温泉のお湯なので、台湾では珍しくちゃんと湯船につかれます

浴室に換気扇がないので、洗面台にものを置きっぱなしにするなどすると被害が出るかもしれません

やり取りの返信が早くとても安心できました！ 帰りに知本駅までタクシーで戻れるように頼んだらタクシーを手配してくれました！ もう少し長く滞在したかった！ 近くにコンビニもあるし夜ご飯の場所もあります！

This place is a condo building where individual apartment owners rent out their places, airbnb style. Staff on-site handle maintenance and check-in for multiple owners, and there seems to be quite a bit of variation in how each apartment is kitted out. We had a studio with an ofuro style deep tub that could comfortably accommodate 2 adults. The hot water taps in this building are directly supplied with hot spring water so we could do a hot springs soak in the privacy of our own room.

The room was clean, but everything was very worn and sad-looking. sheets you could practically see through. Aging lamps and appliances. There was a wifi hub, but it didn't work. The common areas, halls, lobby, etc. were absolutely filthy and poorly maintained. There are outdoor spa facilities on site but at the time of our visit they were closed because the building management didn't want to take on the liability of operating them due to COVID, even though the current CDC guidance is that outdoor public spa use is OK and the other spas in the area all seem to be open. To compensate for their place not being open, the lobby staff will sell you half price tickets to one of the best of the area spas, which we really enjoyed.
