Left us in a ski resort without accommodation for the first night.

Property as described, and as shown in the photographs (we booked specifically to get this property, having stayed locally many times before)

We were left without accommodation for the first night, which we found out in resort at 1am with everything closed. Having contacted the property several times before arrival to confirm our late arrival time (which had also been confirmed at time of booking) and details of the key pickup, and having asked for an emergency number in case of any difficulty getting into the property and being told that there wasn't one and not to worry, we arrived and found that they property keys had not been put in the safe box. With no emergency contact number, we were left to fend for ourselves at 1am at the end of a long journey. We were very lucky to be able to find somewhere for that night as we happened to know someone also on holiday there at that time. Maeva home gave us a refund of that night's accommodation, but it did not cover the cross-charge incurred for where we ended up staying, let alone any compensation—were they expecting that it was okay for us to sleep in our car in a ski resort? If you're arriving late, don't believe them when they say that there won't be any problems, make sure to get a number that'll be answered 24h.

Great location and view but a basic !

The location was great. The apartment had a fantastic view.

The apartment was above the ski locker room so was very noisy in the morning and early evening. No towels with linen package so we had to hire them. Car parking not included so had to pay extra. Key arrangements could have been made before we arrived and not at the last minute so we were concerned we may not get into our accommodation as the reception was closed when we arrived.

Belle Plagne is lovely but would not come back to this property.

The apartment for 5 was in the Pegase building and was very cramped, it was at ground level but felt like it was in a cave, majority of power points didn't work, no shower , only a hand held bath hose. No towels provided so we had to pay extra to hire these. Parking was extra. We booked two flats at the same time for our three generations and asked if they could be close together but they were in separate buildings ! The other was a larger apartment for 7 in the Andromede building and was much better as it was on the first floor and had a great view. The constellation of buildings are actually managed by Pierre et Vacances so you are treated a bit like second class citizens by the reception staff.

Access to apartment was a bit of a chore as we stayed right up the top. But we had the best view so can't really complain.

Superb

Best location possible. Apartment overlooking the slope. Apartment so close to the slope we didn't even use the locker room. Stopped for lunch most days in Apartment, easier and more enjoyable and a lot cheaper then restaurants.

great place for skiing, but accomodation run down and small.

good location, ski in and ski out

We booked an apartment which was advertised for 5 people, but it was even for 4 persons TINY. With two people staying in a bunkbed which was in a poor state and with a size more suitable for children than grown ups. We were told beforehand that parking was available, but the parking turned out to be overbooked and even on the street every parking spot was full.

Great apartment in lovely ski area.

Good location; close to everything - ski hire, ski school, shop Lovely view from balcony.

Small bathroom and kitchen area. Difficulty getting in and out of ski locker room. Had to climb up or down slope carrying skis. Very difficult for beginners and not possible to ski for those more advanced.

L'état de l'appartement, très bien équipé. La vue, le calme de la résidence l'été. Le parking est proche et est gratuit l'été.

Matelas du clic clac trop mou. Manque de rangement pour les vêtements.
