About this house rental
Two-story home right in front of Ashumet Pond with boating and beach access. Two miles from Mashpee Commons, seven miles from Falmouth center, and five miles to the nearest beaches. Paul Harney golfcourse in neighborhood, plus five other courses within ten miles. The house itself has an open floor plan & a large pond-facing deck to relax on. one queen bed,one full bed and one king bed plus a loft with couch queen bed. Washer/dryer in basement. Wifi/basic cable. sheets and towels can be provided with advanced notice with a $130 additional fee.

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood with view of a pond and great outside space. We had five adults and the house was a great size (it seemed a little more spacious than the pictures made it appear). Small note that the inside dinner table only sat four adults comfortably but we made it work. Each bedroom had a ceiling fan, as did the living room to help keep air moving with no AC. Kitchen had all of the basics. The house is within walking distance to a pond that had a beach with swimming access (although it was closed for swimming while we were visiting). No fishing is permitted from the shore of the pond. Easy access to a lot of activities on the cape - we enjoyed bike trails, the beaches, and the ferry to the islands. Would absolutely rent again!

We enjoyed relaxing on back porch listening to the birds in the morning and the quiet nights so very peaceful! Our host was great to give us recommendations for the area. Since it was our first time in Cape, it made things a little easier in deciding where to eat and places to visit. Thanks again!!

Beautiful house. Great porch with a great view.
The only negatives are that there is no A/C so it gets hot in the summer and the kitchen/bathrooms are not updated.
