About this house rental
This new two-bedroom duplex home is located in Fraccionamiento Rancho Del Mar in North Rosarito. This is a gated community that offers 24 hour security. The community is very safe. Kids can ride bikes, skateboard on the street or race their RCs with very little traffic.
Our gated community is located next to the Convention Center which hosts several community, wine, religious and music events.
We are 5 minutes away from convenient stores and restaurants (Walmart, Applebees, Peter Piper, Cinema, Sushi, Tortas, and Italian). Take a drive to Popotlan, Puerto Nuevo or Ensenada and come back to the convenience of a home. Stay in with family and enjoy the Rosarito sunset on the rooftop.
Downtown Rosarito ( near the Papas N Beer location) is 7 miles away from the house - approximately a 15 minute drive.
One bedroom hosts a Queen bed. The second bedroom hosts two Twin beds. Two new bathrooms. Small kitchenette with full fridge and stove. Spacious living room area with a 60 inch Smart TV with Basic Dish service. Set up your Netflix account and watch your favorite shows. Free Internet access. Washer and Drier.
Go up on the rooftop for a beautiful sunset view.

Just little problem Saturday night rain and the property has likings in bedrooms and living room I take some pictures I try to send to you the Ernest was ok

Really enjoyed the stay and was better than the pictures. This place is immaculate clean. The Owner is very helpful. Only downfall is the directions and Google Map is not Accurate.

The place was clean and well stocked. An inconvenience was that you need to turn in the electric water heater minutes before shower. There is no number for address of property on description. I had to get it from security guard and it was wrong until I was able to talk to Liz. You have to drive to the beach but not a biggie. Overall the property was really nice and clean. I just spent a night so not much to say. I did have a really good night sleep.
