The owner is very friendly and helpful. She upgraded our room to another double room and the king-size bed fits my husband, our 2.5-yr-old-boy, and me totally. The foam mattress is firm and comfy, and, most importantly, clean. Extra pillows and blanket are provided as well. We put three pillows in the bed and slept overnight without any problem.
Backstreet hotel simply makes us feel like at home. Love this place and would definitely recommend it to my friends with kids.
We booked with three people (2 adults and 1 toddler) but only received two towels in the room. A little bit inconvenient but acceptable. If there were one extra towel provided would be perfect.
