"Jones Villa" is truly a home away from home. This home is a beautiful cozy bungalow home located on the South Coast of the island in an established residential area just within a 5 minute walk to Silver Sands beach and less than 10 minute drive to the famous Miami Beach and the airport. There is easy access to public transportation which is right at the door. Fully fenced tranquil surroundings with mango trees and banana trees for you to enjoy when in season.
Silver Sands beach is a the top location for windsurfing and kite surfing, it is less than 8 minutes away from our home.
Enjoy the comfort of community tourism away from home. Being only a 10 minute drive from the popular Oistins which is famous for its wonderful fish fry nights and also has a large supermarket. Gym, laundromat and restaurants can also be found in Oistins. The parish of Christ Church where we are located is approximately
20 minutes from St. Lawrence Gap which is a popular tourist night spot, there you have the choice of relaxation or excitement.
Amenities includes access to Internet, TV, DVD, Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, utensils, linens etc.

The bus stop is located at the front of the property. Bus transportation cost is cheap.

We stayed for 6 weeks & enjoyed the location. We liked being able to take the local bus (#11) or taxi. We went to Miami Beach, Oistins, Dreadhop Craft Brewery & into Bridgetown.
Also, Patsy & Hallam were very helpful by telling us about stores & restaurants we could walk to. Buffy’s was good for dinner & there was fresh produce at the store.
Noreen is a good host & replied quickly when we had questions. She also checked in with us to be sure everything was OK!
Barbados is a friendly island to visit.

It was a great week in a great location! If you want an authentic "Bajan" experience this is the place to stay among the locals in the community. Everyone who passed by was polite and we took daily morning walks along the beach was within walking distance. The water wasn't conducive for swimming but very calming to look at during our stroll. I would definitely recommend this accommodation

Noreen is exceptional. She responds immediately and works hard to ensure everything is managed perfectly. The house has everything one needs and is away from tourists. It is located minutes from beautiful, quiet beaches, several small stores and local restaurants that gives one an authentic experience. Public transportation is a cinch from the house, so we didnt need a rental car. I highly recommend!
