O apartamento é ótimo, com uma localização excelente. Fomos em 7 pessoas, os únicos inconvenientes foram não poder ligar os dois chuveiros ao mesmo tempo e a cama de dobrar do quarto de casal não ser confortável. D. Antonia muita atenciosa. Recomendo com certeza.

O apto é muito bom, confortável e muito bem localizado. A proprietária sra Nilza é muito competente, e nos recebeu muito bem. Agradeço pelo atendimento e pela estadia.

O apartamento e excelente tudo limpo toalhas e roupas de camas tudo cheirosa, quando chegamos a senhora que ia nos receber já estava lá com apartamento com ar condicionado ligado o apartamento estava quentinho. O apartamento e bem localizado no centro de gramados tem tudo perto. Muito bom mesmo.

Apartamento amplo, novinho, bem equipado e extremamente bem localizado, pertissimo do centro de gramado e das principais ruas. A dona foi super cordial em toda a transação e estadia. Se retornar à Gramado com certeza irei alugar novamente!
