Alles, was man in Klaipeda sehen muss, ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Modernes Viertel mit Restaurants und Parks direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Sogar ein eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist vorhanden.

Gražiai įrengtas, puiki vieta, viskas ko reikia kaip namuose, net kavos aparatas su kapsulėmis. Labai patiko!
Minusiukas, kad reiktų dažniau dušą prasivalyti, nes vanduo nenubėga maudantis, lengvai kemšasi! Tą padarius viskas puikiai!

Labai gera vieta. Labai gera šeimininkų komunikacija. Tvarkingas butas. Vaizdas iš balkono geresnis nei tikėjausi (tikėjausi gatvės ir triukšmo dėl senamiesčio grindinio, bet nebuvo taip išreikštai). Parkingas (nors ir papildomai mokamas).
Nepavyko išskleisti sofos miegojimui - mechanizmas sulūžęs. Kadangi miegojo 1 žmogus, tai nieko tokio, prieš užsakant didesnei kompanijai / šeimai reikėtų pasitikslinti, kokia dabar sofos būklė. Virtuvė pritaikyta aukštesniems žmonėms, pvz., mikrobangų krosnelė buvo spintelėje aukščiau ir mano 160 cm ūgio mama jos tiesiog nepasiekė :D Buvo problemų su TV pultelių veikimu. Bute nebuvo cukraus, arbatos.

Eigentlich ein nettes Appartement, alles da was man braucht! Eine Waschmaschine mit Waschpulver, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen und ein Geschirrspüler. Balkon👍! Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral und doch ruhig (Nachbarn) bis auf die Straße, aber in der Nacht Fenster zu und gut ist!
Sauberkeit ist leider absolut nicht gegeben! Im Wasserkocher eine gelbe Brühe, mußte ich dreimal entkalken bevor man in verwenden konnte, Klobürste Ekel erregend! Küchenschränke voller Dreck, kaputte Schranktür im Wohnzimmer, kaputte Nachttischlampe etc. Schade das sich nicht gekümmert wird! Ansonsten wären es 10 Punkte.
