Great location, very close to the bus station with direct access to downtown Sibiu. Convenient street parking right across from the property. The rooms were spacious, clean, and bright, offering plenty of comfort. The AC worked well and was especially helpful during hot days.

Everything was perfect. We were able to do an early check-in and the host helped us; staff is very friendly and helpful, always there when you need them. Our room was large and very clean, it was very quiet.

Some things advertised weren't provided. There was no wifi although the booking.com profile said it was included. We thought the wifi would be on the laminated card in the room but instead it was a double sided A4 size card with a really elaborate list of dozens of rules guests are supposed to follow but written entirely in German and included extensive instructions about how you are allowed to use the towels. The hotel was also advertised as hypoallergenic however entering the property was extremely strong chemical perfume scent and in the room it was like someone had sprayed a whole can of air freshener to the point of being difficult to breathe and ended up having a coughing fit, do not recommend for people with asthma. The room had no fridge and the beds were rock hard like sleeping on a plank of wood with a sheet over it. in addition to this the curtains are attached 20cm out from the window so it was very bright and could see and be seen into from an adjacent apartment. The bathrooms did not have rolls of toilet paper but the annoying single sheet dispenser like in a public toilet. The "breakfast" was plastic wrapped stale croissants and waffles like you get at a convenience store.
