About this house rental
Located 50 m from the beach and 100 m from a protected natural area of 24 hectares of dunes, the villa is far from the crowds and campsites, in a residential area, little frequented even in high season.
The villa - whose interior/exteriors was totally rebuilt in 2023 - is ideal to accommodate 6 persons in 4 rooms
A large garden, a swimming pool with greenhouse effect (translucent shutter) guarantees you a water temperature of at least 25°C from May to October.
It is located in ¼ hour walk by the dune (3mn by bike) of the "Place des Tilleuls" of La Noue where you will find a daily market, a baker, a dairy, a fishmonger, a newsagent, 2 bike rental companies as well as 3 restaurants and 4 terraces.
The Bois Plage, La Flotte and Saint Martin de Ré are accessible through the cycle paths and on foot by the dunes to the Bois Plage.
When the rollers are well formed, our beach becomes one of the surf & paddle spots of the island of ré.
In Summer we give our preferences to full week reservations frome satruday to saturday.

We loved our stay at the Island in this property. It has the beach and fields to explore, villages nearby, a great pool and wonderful layout of the house and design.

The villa is very comfortable, a well designed flat. It offers an amazing garden and well heated outdoor pool. We highly enjoyed our stay.

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines à l'île de Ré. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée et est située dans un quartier dont nous avons particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité. Tout était prêt pour notre arrivée. Nous avons été très gentiment accueilli par Anne. L'accès aux plages et aux commerces est très facile.

Content de l’emplacement , mais déçu par la location vieillissante et au confort insuffisant au regard du prix ...Dommage c’est un bel endroit mais il faudrait prévoir certains travaux pour être à la hauteur du standing et du prix revendiqués.
