Właścicielka apartamentu przemiła osoba, lokalizacja super, do dworca czy to Gdynia glowna czy kolejka trójmiejska 200 metrów, przed dworcem taksi i autobusy. 400m dalej już zaczynają się restauracje aż do skweru Kaszubskiego. Jednym słowem bardzo polecam tą lokalizację.

Lokalizacja jest swietna, mieszkanie w centrum Gdyni, doskonale skomunikowane. Podrozowalem bez auta, takze brak parkingu mi nie przeszkadzal. Idelane dla marynarzy, ktorzy przyjezdzaja odnowic kursy. 3min do MayDay, 10min spacerem na Weglowa. Mieszkamy prawie na peronie Dworca Glownego, takze jesli ktos ma lekki sen, to polecam zatyczki do uszu :)

Lokalizacja jest atutami! Elastyczność Gosporarzy przy szybszym przejęciu pokoju.
Hałas zza okna. Ceratka w kabinie prysznicowej, brudny wywietrznik w łazience i temperatura w pokoju. Przez hałas musiały być zamknięte okna, brak klimatyzacji doskwierał. Albo cicho i gorąco albo znośnie temperaturowa i głośno.
