Je kan je kamer niet verduisteren wat tegenvalt om te slapen te veel licht ten minste 1 sfeerlampje zou al een hele verbetering zijn nu is alles veel te veel verlicht en mijn hoofdkussens waren vuil zo geel had wel slopen natuurlijk en savonds en ‘s morgens ijskoud maar niets om te verwarmen.

Дуже зручне розташування, біля зупинки автобуса. Тихий та спокійний район. Все в було в наявності від посуду до побутової техніки Дуже приємний персонал

Troppo caldo la notte perché non c'è il clima

A spacious private yard where we could sit outside and relax. Beach towels were provided. There was a washing machine, which was very convenient.

My first unpleasant impression was being spoken to in Russian without being asked if I spoke it. It was unclear whether the staff were from Russia or Ukraine, which created some confusion. The apartment did not even have a single roll of toilet paper upon arrival — a basic necessity that should be provided. There was a frustrating issue with the pool. When I booked the property two months in advance, pool access was included. After reading reviews mentioning that someone had not been informed about pool repairs, I reached out to confirm that the pool would be usable. I was assured everything was fine. However, when we arrived, the keys didn’t work for the pool gate. It took about two days to get someone to come check the issue. When they finally did, they simply confirmed that the keys didn’t fit (which we already knew) and said they didn’t have the correct keys at the moment. We were told to wait until the following week, but by then, our stay was almost over. In the end, we never received access to the pool, even on our last day. They suggested we ask other guests to let us in and out, but this is not a reasonable solution — especially since they had weeks to resolve the key issue before our arrival. The bedding, although seemingly clean, didn’t feel fresh. Some of the dishes were visibly dirty and unusable. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from the sofa.
