Bentleys House was a pleasant surprise!

Bentleys House was a pleasant surprise! Our apartment and the hotel's structure were identical to the photos on the website. Everything was very new and well-maintained. The service was impeccable; they prepared breakfast daily on the dining table in the apartment while we slept. Nothing like having breakfast in pajamas! While we were skiing, they meticulously and carefully cleaned the apartment. Everything was perfect as described in the booking. Bentleys House is located right in the middle of the village of Zurs, 200 meters from the lifts, to the right or left, easily accessible. To return from skiing, you can ski right up to the front of the building if there is enough snow at the base. It was a great experience. Our thanks to George and Evelyn who managed the accommodation.

The only thing that could be improved is that the bath towels could be bigger.

Heavenly!

We stayed in the Valluga Suite. We loved it so much. Very well furnished, super clean, and modern with a touch of rustic. The in-room breakfasts, private sauna and private elevator into the room were great. They pay so much attention to details to make everything perfect. We especially appreciated the concierge/manager/chef, Georgia. She was always SO helpful and always with great cheerfulness. We loved her so much!

We tried to book directly with the hotel, but it was very difficult. No online booking, and every time we called on the phone to book, the woman who handles reservations was not there. We would have preferred to book directly with the hotel, but had to use booking.com instead.
