It was incredibly clean, the host was friendly.
We had all the facilities what we needed and more.

The hosts were very kind, nice, friendly and helpful. The location is in a quiet suburb, so it was silent, and I could sleep very well. It's clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped, big fridge, even a freezer. The entrance is from the yard of the hosts, but it's in a way that privacy isn't an issue. I could park in front of the gate, or front of the entrance, which was great, because I was carrying a lot of equipment for an event we organized, which I had to load/unload several times. The WiFi worked very well too, which was important for me, as I had to work remotely from the location briefly, and there was no issue at all.
The location has no washing machine, which I needed, but the hosts helped me to find a laundromat nearby to solve this. I like to take long showers, and the boiler was a bit small for my taste, and water started to get cooler by the end. These were the two small things which weren't ideal.

It is in a calm family house area, close to a tram station, easy access to the centrum within 25 mins by public transport. The host is a friendly couple. They prepared a big bottle of water in the fridge for us (the weather was really hot, 35 degrees).
The shower is big and the double bed was perfect. They changed the matrass in the past and now there is a hard matrass, that we liked and slept well. The kitchen contains a huge fridge with freezer and cooker, there is a table with 3 chairs. Cutleries, plates, glasses and dishes are also available.
There is a net on the kitchen and bathroom windows against mosquitos.
The apartment has a nice terrace, it is great to sit outside and enjoy the view of the green garden and the colorful summer flowers.
In winter time is also possible to rent, because it has got central heating.
We definitely come back, when we visit Budapest again!
