100 meters from the ocean

Appartamento molto bello in un complesso di edifici privato a pochi passi dal mare. Il proprietario Finke è stato molto gentile e disponibile! Consigliatissimo A+++

Nice location, privat parking

Would appreciate more cleanliness and change of the sofa bed (not convenient for sleeping). Also, water in the pipes from the apartment above could be heard in the bedroom.

Zeer ruim en gemoderniseerd appartement. Zeer goed bed en een geweldig uitzicht over de oceaan. Er was privé parkeren op het terrein in mooie grote vakken en altijd ruimte. De keuken was goed voorzien met keukengerei. Op het terras waren fijne verstelbare tuinstoelen met kussens. Van de ochtend tot het einde vd middag volop zon op het terras. Bij het zembad waren meer dan voldoende goede ligbedden. Het appartement was goed schoon en volop handdoeken aanwezig. Je liep vanuit de poort zo het strand op. Niet veel, het was perfect. Het is een wat ouder pand, dus ondanks de gerenoveerde kamer wel wat geluidjes vd bovenbren, maar niet echt storend. Mijn ervaring is dat dit bijna overal is op Tenerife. Goede restaurantjes meteen op de hoek

The view from the property is absolutely stunning. The location is great. There is a beach right in front of the building. Very convenient.

Unfortunately one thing that bothered us was the non cleanliness of the apartment. We had to spend the first two days of our holiday cleaning. Not really what you want to be doing on your vacation. We were very disappointed about that as we never found ourselves in such a situation.
