Locatia intrece orice asteptari pentru iubitorii de natura iar gazdele sunt un model de bunatate si omenie.

As short as I can describe it: quiet, relaxing, very good location, warm welcome, amazing people, great food, wonderful view, comfortable bed and such a beautiful traditional house with extremely clean rooms. and Wi-Fi everywhere. Although there wasn't enough time to visit the surroundings, Casuta din Lunca offered us more than enough to recharge and relax: the orchard near our window, the huge garden full of flowers, the forest behind the garden, the cows with bells, the cats with the small dog. It's not easy to find a location where you wake up in the morning and hear nothing but the cow bells. You need at least 3 days to discover and enjoy the surroundings, and then you can go visit the popular attractions near Racovita (Polovragi, Horezu, Transalpina, etc). Mrs. Nona and Mr. Marian are the perfect hosts: they can give you the best tips for a perfect itinerary, show you the small village and where to eat/buy tasty and traditional food and a little bit of history. We made a special connection with this wonderful people, so instead of spending the time all by ourselves - as we planned, we spent a lot of time talking and having fun with them. They can be the "invisible" hosts, too, but we recommend treating them as friends and you will discover two very special people. I recommend everyone to stay at Casuta din Lunca as long as they treat it like a home. You can see the hard work and the attention to every detail everywhere in this house - it deserves nothing but respect. We felt like home and we won a 3rd pair of parents!

Nothing to dislike

The location is wonderful. If you are looking for a quiet place to breathe and connect with the nature and yourself, you couldn’t find a better place. The hosts are warm and welcoming and full of good energy. Loved every moment of being there and I can’t wait to go back.
