Hiška je zelo lepo obnovljena in prostorna. Locirana je na mirni lokaciji izven mesta. Kuhinja urejena, velik hladilnik in skrinja, manjka pa nekaj večjih posod za kuhanje. Ima pomivalni stroj, ni pa bilo tople vode. Na voljo dovolj brisač in posteljnine. Klimatizirana, saj je v zgornjem delu zvečer zelo vroče. Gostitelj prijazen.
Kopalnica potrebna obnove (morebitni tuš...). Manjka stojalo za sušenje brisač, napeljane vrvice. Zamenjala bi jogi na postelji, ker je premehek in ni udoben. Ker hiška stoji na odprtem, bi lahko bil zaradi vročine kakšen nadstrešek za vozilo. Glede na lokacijo in prostorno hiško, je škoda, da s seboj ne moreš pripeljati majhnega psa, če ga imaš.
