La struttura è un po’ datata, ma nel complesso è accogliente. Basterebbero pochi piccoli miglioramenti per renderlo ancora più confortevole e valorizzare ulteriormente l’esperienza degli ospiti.

Small but had everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. The location is a little way out but public transport is reasonable at 5 euros for a 24 hour bus ticket and the bus service is every 10-15 minutes day and night

I began looking for a holiday destination in early August and knew that finding somewhere available for an 11-day stay would not be easy. I therefore booked this house, even though the price seemed rather high compared with what I could see in the photos (€150 per day). However, it was close to Ferragosto, the peak summer holiday period in Italy, so this was understandable. I chose this house because the description promised ‘direct access to the beach opposite’, which was essential for my partner. When I arrived, however, I discovered that there was no ‘direct access’ and, moreover, there was no ‘beach’. The host claimed that she had not written the description, while Booking.com maintained that, as they were merely acting as an intermediary, they were not responsible for it. I tried to cancel the booking and find somewhere that actually met my requirements, but once again the host and Booking.com customer service passed responsibility back and forth, providing unclear answers. In the end, I had no choice but to remain in the apartment and received a refund of only €225—the portion covered by Booking.com—out of the €1,500 I had paid. There was no assistance and no transparency. Leaving these extremely serious issues aside, I would advise the host, Lunella, to equip the house with a few more basic items. If I made a rice salad, for example, there was no other bowl in which to serve a green salad, as the house had only one. There was no proper broom—only an old, badly worn outdoor broom—and no dustpan. The bed is uncomfortable, and the oversized pillows make it difficult to sleep comfortably. It would also be a nice gesture to provide guests with at least some oil and salt.
