Detailed oriented well thought out and a very comfortable stay. Beds were great ac was great. We had everything we needed for a truly beautiful Shabbat. Anytime I needed something the hostess responded immediately and graciously. My family wanted to stay longer. We are very thankful.
The only problem with this property is the same problem for any such property and that is there is a lot of steps but we signed up for that and that is part of the Old City of Tzfat experience. In other words nothing to not like.

Location and staff were great
Wasn't clean enough, bathroom/toilet didn't look great. Walls were thin, noise and conversation were audible.
