The location was beautiful and quiet, the property organised simple and nice hikes around. The room for four people was rather spacious. The price was affordable. A balcony was a pleasant bonus. Also, the personnel were ready to help with questions.

1. The main problem of this property is the cleanliness. 1.1 We were told that we did not pay for cleaning, so we would need to clean the room ourselves before leaving. Apparently, the property did not have much control over it: the room was quite dirty, when we arrived. There was a lot of spiderweb, there were old stains on blankets, the cutlery was dirty. We had to buy dishwashing detergent and sponges ourselves. 1.2 Cleanliness is also a big problem for the spa area. The changing room is placed after the spa zone, so people pass it in street shoes, leaving mud on the floor. 2. Regarding the spa zone, I would like to point out a couple of other problems. 2.1 The booking is quite strange. You get twenty minutes in each facility (sauna, hammam, or hydromassage), so there is a constant movement of people, whose time is about to finish or about to start. Sometimes it also causes misunderstanding. 2.2 There are no lockers, so the choice is either to leave the belongings without control in the changing room or to carry all stuff with you. 2.3 There is only one hairdryer. 3. Note, there was also no hairdryer in the room, so do not forget to take it planning your stay.

Superb

It is a great place for families. Lots of space, playground is huge, nice swimming pool also for young children. Amenities are teenager's dream as well as children. There were activities during the day and evening. Rooms are basic, we had no kitchen in ours but brought kettle and things from home so all worked out perfect. We will definitely return to the Vercors.

Nice getaway in the fresh place !

Very kind and helpful staff both front desk and restaurant - Quiet and unpolluted place (1000m high) - Nice view from the rooms - Nice social spaces (with a piano) - Leisure & sport facilities (except for the gym) - Feeling of space everywhere - very large complex. Good food and exellent organic (BIO) bred.

The gym is basic - Breakfast is not really international is that, it mostly focuses on sugar-based items. No eggs, ham, tomatoes etc... However, the kitchen staff is ready to bring you some other items if you ask and if they can (eg. ham). The rooms will not be done everyday as in regular hotels. We only stayed 2 nights so we can't tell what is done when you stay for a week. Total price was a steep once breakfast and dinner were included, for the overall level of comfort (no TV, basic room), but it may be the high season. All in all I would recommend this place.
