The place is exceptional, very well cleaned and maintained, with a nice and good equiped kitchen. A private park place is also offered. The location is very close to the airport and close to the city-center as well.

Absolutely nothing ! Everything was TOP from day1 to the end !!

This is such a great place to stay if you want to be close to the city and the beach. The host was also very helpful and gave great introductions to Olbia and the public transport. I would definitely recommend this place.

Maurizio is a fantastic host! We were happy to stay at the Olbiamare apartment. We felt very much at peace. The morning view is fantastic in the morning, drinking your coffee with a light breeze and the sea and sun greeting you. The house is comfortable and contains everything needed for a family stay, good fridge and all kitchenware. The neighbourhood is nice and isn't touristic at all, feels like you are part of the locals. It is very quiet and close to a fantastic supermarket Auchen and mall, and also the bus to go to the beach or the city center or airport. The biggest surprise actually, you can't hear the airport, despite it being closely. It is also at a walking distance from the yacht harbour that contains some beautiful boats. Finally, Maurizio is a very helpful host, he explained all the details of Olbia and advised us about all the beaches! He really cares about his guests and wants them to feel at ease. Highly recommended for a family stay, we are coming back soon! Thank you Maurizio for your hospitality.

Super friendly and flexible owner/manager. Excellent location when you need to take a Ferry or Flight from Olbia.

The foam mattress was way too soft/ unsupportive for me, causing backpains next day.
