The location is good if you want to visit both Mont Saint Michel and St Malo. The house is big with adequate facilities.

It's overall clean but there were cockroaches inside. The doors were very hard to open and were squeaking.

Location was good for seeing St Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Dinard and Dinan.

Pillows weren’t very comfy for our taste

Good location, very quiet, no neighbors. Kitchen is well equipped with pots pans kettle and coffee machine with filters and also Tassimo. Place is quite big with big garden

Pillows are very very small and thin, so make sure to bring your own. Toilets were quite smelly upon arrival, seems ventilation is not working there. There are 2 tables to seat and eat but one is so wobbly its unusable.

Shower room, use of washing machine, very quiet location. Lounge/dining area, utility room and bedrooms ok. Well located for visiting places of interest- Mont St Michel, Dinan, Dinard, Cancale etc. Village of Plein Fougeres nearby with bakeries and small convenience shop. Lots of bird life.

On arrival we were very disappointed with the state of the garden and patio areas - long grass and weeds growing everywhere (some weeds looked at least one foot high). We did not wish to make use of garden or the pergola area due to unkempt condition. When you opened the windows and doors they were very dirty around the frames. Outside light full of cobwebs. It would seem the property has been rather neglected since previous guests ratings. Dangerous piece of metal sticking out of skirting board in bedroom. Toilet needs complete revamp, constant peculiar smell in room, maybe because not on mains drainage. Kitchen working area very small and cramped. Bedrooms did not have wardrobes. Did not meet owner but he messaged to say he had driven by. We are very experienced mature travellers within Europe and read reviews of where to stay but on this occasion the property fell well short of our expectations. With a bit of hard work - cleaning, brushing up, weed clearing, grass cutting and painting this could be a lovely place.
