Posizione, non comodissimo al centro e ai supermercati.

Ottima posizione, molto pulito, personale sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda e chiarimento. Grande e spazioso, fornito di tutto il necessario.

Aria condizionata in cucina, ma nonostante ciò si riusciva a rinfrescare l’appartamento.

The apartment itself was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable, and the location was good. However, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay.

We parked inside the yard with the host’s approval, but another guest parked directly in front of our car and blocked us from leaving for several hours. We contacted the host and explained that we needed the car to attend an event. However, the car remained blocked for the entire evening and was only moved the following morning, so we missed the event in Pula, where we were expected. We were particularly disappointed with how the situation was handled. We expected that further efforts would be made to contact the other guest and arrange for the car to be moved. Instead, we were later told that we should park outside if we needed to use the car. Since we had specifically received permission to park inside, we did not expect to be unable to access our car. This could also have been a serious problem in case of an emergency. We felt that the responsibility was subsequently shifted onto us for using the parking we had been given permission to use. The Wi-Fi was also very unreliable and disconnected extremely frequently, sometimes every ten minutes or even more often, making it difficult to use. Overall, while the apartment itself was nice, the parking situation and the way it was handled significantly affected our stay. We would recommend that future guests park outside if they need reliable access to their car and that the parking arrangements be clearly explained in advance.
