We very much enjoyed our stay at unterm Hoereli. We found the appartment exceptional. It is cozy, very spacious and well-equipped. We appreciated the kind written exchanges with the owners and the meeting with Mrs Rieder, the caretaker.

Very pleasant place in beautiful Swiss mountain village

The appartment is spacious, it has a nice view and a large balcony. It is well located: quiet and close to the different shops in the village: an excellent bakery, a good butcher, a sennerei with local dairy products and a surprisingly well sorted supermarket.

The only thing is that the owners should enable their local representative to supply more towels for the visitors. The local representative was also not very flexible with regard to the checking out: though the time for checking out was 10:00h in the morning (11:00h would be better!), she did everything to convince us that she should start earlier the process of cleaning due to the time the new guests would arrive. We would recommend a more relaxed approach (replace the check in time to 14:00h or 15:00h for instance).

Superb

Super cosy nice clean house. The best sleep i have had in a while.

Unfortunately nobody spoke english. They should have that written in the profile. Also all the instructions were in German. To get the key I had to find people from the town who spoke some english and gave the owner a call.

PErfect place for relaxation.

The Location, the view from the balcony, the coziness and the living-room part of it. Also the communication with the key exchange, very efficient and friendly.

They could have had a couple of towels more, as they were just enough and not big enough for proper bath.

Es hatte alles was wir erwartet habe. Der Kachelofen war super. Die Übergabe war problemlso.

Séjour génial dans la belle région des Grisons et habitants très accueillants à Vals.

Appartement spacieux ! Vue sur le village d'un côté et sa place principale - Vue sur le télécabine et montagnes lointaines depuis le balcon de l'autre côté ! Facilité d'accès aux sentiers de randonnées depuis l'hébergement ! Proximité magasin d'alimentation, de l'Office de Tourisme et arrêts de bus.

Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns , der Kachelofen haben wir benutzt und hatten eine Risenfreude an ihm. Die Aussicht mit Blick auf die wünderschöne Bergwelt haben wir sehr genossen.

Eine etwas hellere Lampe im Wohnzimmer wäre gut.
