Spent all day before arrival trying to find out where the key was to be picked up from. Numerous emails sent to booking. com, Interhome and owner. Very stressed on day of departure because we still did not know. Owner didn’t even answer telephone calls or emails - why bother to put their information on the invoice? Interhome just kept sending a big standard email that told us nothing. Arrived at resort with still no idea where we were to pick up keys. Thankfully, Sagga staff and a restaurant owner helped us and we were able to get keys. Ended up wandering around resort to achieve key pick up. Simple solution from Interhome would have been to communicate with us where the key office was located. Requested bedding for the Chalet - ended up carrying and making beds up ourselves. Never been anywhere where bedding was not provided. Basic utensils available - certainly been in better equipped properties. Limited information available in chalet about resort etc. Cleanliness not the best. Reported to office on the 4th the dirty oven, lightbulbs out, and batteries required for remotes. Advised by staff at office there would be someone to rectify the next day - no one came to sort it out. purchased lightbulb and batteries- didn’t use the oven!
