Didn’t get the key code until catching our second flight in Helsinki airport on the way to the chalet - had to phone Interhome twice as keyholder didnt email/ respond to emails for the code the previous days - it was -20 devrees in Levi and we arrived at 11pm with an 8 year old child so not ideal - had to provisionally book a hotel in Levi incase we didn’t get the code before our flight departed - a little dissapointing but the chalet itself was perfect for the three of us and very clean - also has a drying cabinet for ski wear which was a nice bonus.
Send key code earlier - ideally before have left for the airport
