Kohteessa oli kaikki tarpeellinen, oli iso yhteinen ruokapöytä, vuodepaikkoja, sauna, pyykkikone, kuivauskaappi, lämmin vesi ei loppunut ja hyvä ilmanvaihto. Toimiva keittiö ja astiasto. Erityiskiitosta tulee Isosta parkkitilasta. Oli tilavat ratkaisut.
Sohvalla tilaa oli niukalti, että neljän aikuisen seurueesta, aina yksi ei mahtunut sohvalle. Saunan ilmastointiluukku tipahteli alas. Piti keksiä keino saada tuuletusaukko kiinni saunan ajaksi. Tämä ilmastointi varmistaa saunan tuulettamisen oli käyttäjä kokenut tai kokematon saunoja, oli siis hyvää ja huonoa. Saunassa mikään ei mennyt rikki vaikka oli käytetty viimeistelynauloja enemmän kuin kotisaunassamme. Yhden petarin alta löytyi nuuskapussi.
