Cozy
I really liked the fact that I needed help to leave my bags in the room before heading off to the city and they opened the doors to me 2 hours before the typical check-in time. I'm very grateful for this. The apartment is tiny but quite cozy and it was also very clean. The apartment is nearby (-20/30 min ride) two or three very nice parks - Topcider, Byford and Kosutnjak. It's also very close to the bus stops and a market.
The only two things I was not satisfied with were the mattress that was sagging and lost its support on the left side of the bed so my body dipped into the bed. The other downside is that this location is far from the city center. But this can be checked beforehand on the map before booking. If you want to spend the days exploring nearby parks, then the city center doesn't really matter.

Horrible !
NOTHING!
First of, it took us half an hour to find the exact address after we reached the place. We called the owner but could not explain very well in english. When we finally found the address, there is no parking available. The owner told us to go to the big parking site which is like 500 metres away. When we get to the building, we only unloaded all our heavy luggages. And my husband brought the car to the big public parking. At the building there were the stairs to go down to the entrance, no ramp. So if you are travelling with heavy luggages you would have to carry them without any help. So I carried them one by one since they are all heavy trolley luggages, and there is no ramp only stairs! Then upon entering the building there again are the stairs to go up to the first floor!! No elevator. As soon as we have checked in and the owner took our payment, we simply let our heavy luggages in the room and left to visit some sites. We found out that the hotel is very far from the center and the roads there are all so narrow with many blind curves so it was really a challenge especially in the night. We had dinner at a nice restaurant and it was already around 9pm when we got back to the studio apartment. When we were about to take showers to freshen up, I found out that there is no water. They did not inform us, simply took our payment. When we called the owner he simply said " i don't know". Anyway it is useless talking to someone who probably can not communicate very well in english. What really mortified me was that they simply did not care if there is no water, they did not care about their guests at all! They could have at least provided us with a huge bottle of clean water which would not cost them so much. The thing is it was too late for us to look or book another hotel where we could take a bath and use the toilet too for our our comfort at least before we gone to bed.

The host was very nice and understanding, the apartment was clean and cozy. It is far from the center but we didn’t mind escaping the crowds.
The only bad thing was that the pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

Nije bilo dovoljno toplo, regulator TA peci je iskljucen, klima ne greje, a bilo je snega, zalili smo se gazdi i rekao je da je to maximum za grejanje i da ne moze da nam pomogne. Osim toga stedi na svemu, umesto tecnog sapuna je bila sipana voda, krevet je jako cudan i mek, kad legnemo kao da smo u koritu, a ako smo na ivici padamo.

Fenomenalan izbor
Sve je bilo fenomenalno, lokacija izvrsna ( blizu autobuske stanice br 42 ), jako čisto i udobno, zaista sve super. Žena koja nam je dala ključeve od stana je izuzetno ljubazna i veliki pozdrav za nju. Sve u svemu moja iskrena preporuka !

Un mic studio roz, dotat cu cele necesare. Masina a fost parcata chiar in fata geamului, insa cei care au vehicule de gabarit mare, probabil ca vor avea dificultati intr-un spatiu asa de stramt; cu siguranta exista alternative si pentru acestia.
Nu sunt reprosuri, sunt informatii pentru potentialii clienti. Plata se face doar cash(dinari sau euro). Proprietarul doreste sa fie sunat cand ajungeti la locatie pentru a va intampina si a va face check-in-ul, oferindu-va informatiile necesare.
