Nicht weit vom Meer,alles zu Fuß erreichbar

Waren zum 3 .Mal da ,leider auch das letzte Mal!Über 2,5Std auf das Zimmer gewartet,bis es sauber gemacht wird,bei Antreffen ,der Boden mit Haare und Chipsreste!Im Bad standt der Boden unter Wasser(als ob man einfach einen Eimer Wasser ausgeschüttet hat!Helle Gardinen ,die schmäler,als das Fenster sind,(falsche Grösse)wiesen schwarze Flecken auf.Wir mussten uns erstmal einen Wischer mit Putzmitteln besorgen um das Ganze einigermaßen zu beseidigen.Für was zahlen wir die 80€ an Endreinigung???Alle Betten hatten eine kaputte Rückwand gehabt,deshalb gequitscht und unstabil gewesenen.Mein Mann hat sie alle erstmal repariert um einigermaßen drauf schlafen zu können!Trotzdem haben wir keine Nacht schlafen können,da gegenüber eine Bar ist,wo die laute Musik bis 4 Uhr morgens spielte.Der Pool hat nur ganz wenig Liegen,die zum Teil auch kaputt sind.Wir haben unseren Urlaub abbrechen müssen, da es nicht mehr auszuhalten war!

Perfect location - supermarkets, supreme Italian and non-Italian restaurants, cafe's, ice-cream spots all within range of 50 meters + more of these on the main restaurant/entertainment street in Bibione which starts right at the apartament location. Beach within 5 minutes walk, Lunapark within 10-15 minutes walk. New building, clean bathroom, big apartament and terrace - we were staying 4 adults and 3 children and could easily spent evening by the dining table on the terrace. Plates, glasses, pan, etc. so you can prepare your own food. Private pool, although quite small for the number of people staying in the whole building, and people from the outside were also occasionally visiting it.

Poor efficiency of air conditioning. Even when you got accustomed to the auto-off system, that turns off ALL three air conditioners in apartament regardless of which terrace-door you open, and remember to have doors shut, the system is not able to efficiently cool down the place in hot summer day and NIGHT. Sometimes it even didn't cool at all - we used to leave it working when leaving to the beach for few hours, just to get back to the apartament that was hotter than the evening air outside. This definitely should be fixed, as trying to sleep in 26+ degrees is hard (forget about opening the windows in the night unless you are able to sleep with mosquitoes and music/Italian-night-life just under your window). Also no air ventilation in the bathroom and the window located there doesn't have any protection against mosquitoes, so people taking a shower one by one are effectively generating a steam room or a dining area for those bloodsuckers. Other than that, only the mattress and pillows were not comfortable (I thought it was matter of what I am accustomed to, but it turned out to be not comfortable for all of us) - the pillows are the big ones that are fully stuffed with the foam-scraps, not being able to squeeze under the weight of head lying on it. Don't get me wrong, I don't make accusations here, as I find this apartament very good and would choose it again - these are simply the things that would be worth working on, to provide a better experience.

Die Zentrale Lage des Hauses sowie der Parkplatz waren hervorragend. Der Balkon war sehr groß leider in 2 abteile geteilt aber wenn man sich etwas Gedanken macht kann man den zweiten kleinen Balkon sinnvoll nutzen Die Waschmaschine auf dem Balkon somit hat man sie während der Nacht nicht gehört.

Der Boden war sehr dreckig wahrscheinlich nicht geputzt sowie nicht gekehrt. Die Badezimmertüre hängt heißt sie hat nicht geschlossen da sie zu tief war . In dem eine Zimmer war das Bett mit Winkeln zusammen geflickt sowie die schranktüren streiften auch. Im anderen Zimmer war ein Fuß vom Doppelbett halb gebrochen dadurch etwas unstabil. Geschirr ist viel zu wenig da 4 verschiedene Gläser mehr nicht . 3 Größe Tassen und 6 kleine Tassen. Holzbrett war nicht sauber und Brotmesser verbogen.
