Trash was not emptied, furniture and kitchen has seen better days. Shower didnt work very well.

Leider nicht sauber, Abflüsse verstopft, Licht funktionierte nicht in jedem Zimmer, Klimaanlage sehr schwach, Küche ziemlich heruntergekommen Vorallem die Töpfe und Geschirr.

The apartment is actually even nicer than in the photos - there is new furniture in both bedrooms and fabulously comfortable beds! The kitchen is very well equipped and the hosts thought of every little detail...there is some coffee, tea, instant drinks, oil, salt, sugar...you name it...no need to shop for those ....actually...the whole place is very much like home - the hosts chose high quality furniture and provided their guests with everything they might need for a pleasant and comfortable holiday. For those who like watching TV there is a huge wall mounted flat screen TV with sound surround system, ambiental lights all around the place, lava lamps too. The outdoor space is a huge bonus, large balcony and a terrace nicely furnished for perfect relaxing. The hosts were very helpful in organizing our arrival and provided us with all the information for a great stay, from recommending restaurants to offering us some deck chairs to use free of charge in their beach bar Flashback, which also serves great coffee and cocktails and there is live guitar&sax music in the evenings. All in all, our stay was short, but the experience was wonderful...I highly recommend the hosts and the apartment.

Everything was perfect with the apartment, it is just a little further from the beach than 150 metres (about 600) and might be an issue for those with movement limitations, but still rather convenient location ... I am not much of a walker, but this wasn't an issue.

This property was impressively clean. Probably the cleanest vacation rental we've stayed at anywhere in the world! Absolutely spotless - nothing was overlooked and I give massive points for that! The space was perfect for our family of four, beds are very comfortable and the large patios are a great bonus space for relaxing outside. Location is very convenient for the beach, restaurants, etc. Parking is easy and free. There is also a small grocery store 100m away. We really enjoyed our stay!
