Výborná klidná lokalita dále od ruchu (kolotoče večer), skvělá pěší dostupnost lázní za pár minut. V těsné blízkosti obchod a restaurace. Nově zrekonstruované koupelny, dobrá velikost pokojů. Kuchyně vybavená vším potřebným. Možnost parkování u domu.
Některé části domu již potřebují výraznější údržbu a některé části nábytku výměnu. Okenice jsou oprýskané a povislé a nedají se zavřít, některé židle jsou před rozpadem.

Výborná poloha hneď pri kúpeľoch. Pekné čisté ubytovanie a hlavne čistulinká kúpelňa, čo veľmi oceňujeme . Pani hostiteľka milá, ústretová. Vybavenie bolo dobré.
