The Perfect Stay in Puglia – More Than 10/10! We spent 9 wonderful days at Calura Residence, and honestly, if I could give them more than 10/10, I would! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Roberta, the owner, welcomed us as if we were family and even surprised us with delicious fresh croissants from a local patisserie. Throughout our stay, she was always available, kind and incredibly helpful. Every morning, Roberta sent us a WhatsApp message with the weather forecast and advice about which side of Puglia would have the best sea conditions that day. She also shared recommendations for excellent restaurants and information about summer events happening nearby. These little details made such a big difference to our holiday. The entire team deserves a special mention because their teamwork is what makes this place so special: Roberta – the wonderful owner who made us feel at home from day one. Mirko – always helpful with tourist information and recommendations. Elias – takes care of the swimming pool every day and keeps the beautiful gardens in excellent condition. Maria Rosa – cleans the apartment every three days and changes the towels, always leaving everything spotless. And of course, Roberta’s son, who was also part of the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every single person was friendly, professional and genuinely caring. By the end of our stay, it really felt like we were saying goodbye to friends rather than staff. The apartment and the entire residence are exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. Everything was just perfect. The property also provides umbrellas and beach chairs for guests, as well as floats for the swimming pool — another thoughtful touch that made our holiday easier and more enjoyable. For families, this place is fantastic. My daughters were lucky enough to meet children from the Netherlands who were around the same age, and they immediately became friends and spent lots of time playing together in the pool.

L'appartement était spacieux, très propre et soigneusement entretenu avec une magnifique piscine. La propriétaire (très sympathique et très disponible) nous a donné de bonnes recommandations (bonnes adresses de restaurants). Merci encore pour ses petits attentions (viennoiseries) le lendemain de notre arrivée. L'emplacement est au calme à 15 minutes en voiture de la mer. Le ménage est fait tous les 2 à 3 jours avec changement de draps et de serviette, digne d'un service hôtelier. La literie était très confortable, la climatisation en parfait état de fonctionnement. Les extérieurs sont superbes avec transats, salons de jardin. Le stationnement devant la résidence avec caméra de surveillance. On s'y sent merveilleusement bien. Nous remerçions Roberta et sa team de nous avoir permis de passer d'excellents vacances). Nous y retournerons.
