Appartamento Lindora A is a bright and elegant apartment that is part of a villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Lindora A you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the tourist port. Appartamento Lindora A is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a wide shared terrace with a view of the sea, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, approximately 300 meters (330 yards) from Lacco Ameno, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the EAV bus Piazza Marina Casamicciola - Lacco Ameno line at 100 meters (330 feet).
You will reach Appartamento Lindora A from the parking area going down a 50-meters (165-feet) walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 17 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Lindora A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. The complex consists of four apartments and a separate cottage. You will stay in a typical Mediterranean building, surrounded by a beautiful garden full of plants and flowers of various kinds, and enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the coast of Lacco Ameno.
The complex is located in a quiet area, at a few steps from downtown Lacco Ameno, where you can stroll and enjoy the sea view and the famous "Fungo" , a typical rock called "The mushroom" for its peculiar shape.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 2 meters (6.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and the coast of Lacco Ameno. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of October, from 9 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 5 pm.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; daily cleaning; linens and towels; electricity. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 500 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Terrace
The terrace is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. You will reach it from the garden going up a stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 1200 square meters (12900 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the garden you will have a pleasant view of the sea. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex. Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright, and include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The room has a small arched window with a view of the garden.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has a arched window with a view of the garden. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a small television (local channels). The room has a arched window with a view of the garden.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Overall we were delighted with our accommodation. However there were a couple of problems. Too much of the clothes storage space in the bedrooms was taken up by the owner's property including some old clothes and Christmas decorations (storage of towels and bedding was understandable and acceptable). Some of it was removed at our request though we were made to feel quite unreasonable about this. The twin beds in the second bedroom were really not suitable for large adults (suitable for children or young people) and one of our party slept on the sofa.
Other than this the accommodation was perfect. Wonderful views and outside seating area. Excellent inside seating, and a delightful family who after the initial problem of the clothes space made us very welcome. Such a great pity about the two problems.

Appartamento Lindora was wonderful, we hope to holiday there again in the future. The family were lovely, very welcoming.
The apartment was lovely, the only thing I can think of was that the plumbing was a bit loud in the toilet and the electrical socket covers needed re-fixed, nothing of great note.

Stayed in Lindora A for a week with family. The views are beautiful and the apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The level of equipment is pretty good, although the twin beds are good for children but maybe a bit cramped/ insubstantial for bigger adults. The pool area and terrace are great, very well equipped and spotless
Eric who looks after the villa could not have been more helpful, always around to answer questions and kept the gardens beautiful. We found we needed a car to manage the hills and get around, was easy to sort out and Eric came and negotiated a better price for us.

My parents stayed for 10 days in the apartment in the end of September 2012, and have only had good words about their time their. The house is in great conditions, decorated with style and offer beautiful views over the sea. Highly recommended.
Also SummerInItaly people are very nice and helpful. They helped me order flowers delivered to the house as present to my mum, which was extremely nice of them.
